How do I use the code?
Type it into the discount code box at checkout. It isn't added automatically.
What does the code cover?
Everything we sell under the CKG name, including sand scoops, handles, shovels, shafts, kits, bags and our Pinpointer 360°. It doesn't work on other brands we carry, like XP and Nokta, on the Afghan Kazan pressure cooker or on gift cards.
Can I combine it with my 10% code or another deal?
No. It's one code per order, and it replaces any other cart discount. A scoop and handle bought together both get 15% off with it, and free gifts on US orders still apply.
How long does the code work?
Until Nov 30, 11:59 PM ET, on as many orders as you like. Our email list gets it on Nov 16, and everyone else on Nov 17.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on orders over $50. Gear that ships from another warehouse doesn't qualify, and its product page says so.
What if my scoop breaks?
Scoops have a 3-year warranty, and other CKG gear has 1 year. It covers defects and breaks in normal use. Email support@ckgscoop.com with your order number and photos, and we'll repair or replace what's covered.
